What is the Project Planner?

The project planner helps you to draw a plan, calculate your requirements and work out the price of the materials you will need for your SowGreen™ lawn. Just draw your plan then use our online project calculator, or for a quick estimate, use the 'Quick Price' button in the top right corner of this page.

Getting started...

In order to work out a price for your project we will need to know a few things:

1. the size of the LAWN you want to replace (in square metres)
2. how many rolls of SowGreen™ you need. This may be slightly different as there may be a small amount of wastage depending on how the rolls are laid (SowGreen™ is supplied in 2m widths and up to 20m long).

You can use the downloadable project planner (PDF) to help you plot this or a printable grid is available here.

 QUICK TIP: Work out the best way to position the rolls to minimize the number of joints. This means deciding whether to lay the rolls from top to bottom or left to right across the garden. Never lay the rolls in different directions as this will detract from the overall finish."
